Garett Hohensee is the proud father of three sons, Gabe and Hayden are both VCHS graduates. Jack is currently a senior. He is committed to Vandebilt’s mission and is aware of the positive impact VCHS and the catholic education model has had on his family.

In 1992, Garett married Becky Bergeron Hohensee, a Terrebonne Parish native, and moved from Mathews, La to Houma. He holds two Bachelors of Science degrees, one in General Business and one in accounting, and was also was a member of the NSU football team.

Garett has a strong commitment to community success and has served on various boards in different capacities. In his professional life, he is CFO of Gulf Coast Manufacturing, which is based in Terrebonne Parish. He believes his own educational experience has afforded him opportunities to make his community a better place, and that education is the very best investment we can make in our children for a prosperous community and an optimistic future. Garett is pleased to serve on the “V” Foundation of South Louisiana and strongly supports its mission.
